The property is stylishly elegant with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a sumptuous living/dining area. Perfect for one or two couples there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a King-size bed, and beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath, and spacious separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds (that can be zip and linked to create a super King-size bed if requested). There is also family bathroom with Kaldewei bath and shower (over).

This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. Apartment very comfortable and in great location. Some things which could do with attention, the oven tripped out a couple of times with no apparent reason, the seal around the window has perished in a few areas, loo roll holder in en-suite has worn down so difficult to replace toilet roll. Minor things, easy to put right. Would definitely stay again. Also staff in Coast and Country Cottages in Dartmouth were lovely and very helpful!

And the view was amazing obviously. We were there for a Christmas break and so pleased at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils and glasses we needed to entertain, plus a lovely surprise of a Christmas tree, thank you. Defo recommend and book again.
