The location is highly praised for being central, within easy reach of bars, restaurants, and the waterfront. The convenience of the parking space is frequently mentioned, enhancing the appeal of the property's location.

Comfort

Guests find the bedrooms comfortable and the presence of a patio adds to the comfort during warm days. Some reviews mention issues with stiff wardrobe doors and the need for additional bathroom facilities, which slightly impact the comfort level.
