Location excellent. Great that it had parking for 2 cars in property as very limited parking around streets. Weather amazing and very hot. Property very spacious and ample for 10 people that came. Only downside would be that rooms on the top floor were extremely warm due to the heat and so difficult to sleep, recommend installing or providing fans for the top floor but other than that wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful property, close to the amenities of lovely Dartmouth. However, the supplies of toilet paper, soap and the basic welcome pack were poor, which is not what you need after a long drive.

We had a fabulous holiday the house is beautiful and we all fitted in comfortably and it was in such a convenient place that we were able to walk into the town and got a bus to a near by beach when we arrived we parked the cars in the garage and did not use them again until we left at the end of the week. I can say without doubt we had a relaxing weeks stay.Only negative no padlock on the gate onto the very busy road and as we had a 3 year old in our party we contacted cottages.com who supplied us with a strap which was ok buy paddock would be safer.
