This is what I call a rustic property, it fully suited our needs of two families and had plenty of space.Only points I would raise is that some of the kitchen cooking utensils could do with replacing. The mattresses on the single beds could do with replacing.Showers were ok but a little difficult to set/control the flow/warmth of the water.The above didn’t stop from having a lovely stay and the location of the property was superb.Also the garage parking was an asset considering the lack of parking in Dartmouth.

Well positioned close to town with garage space for two medium cars. Spread over three floors with the lounge on the second floor the stairs could be a problem for small children or those with reduced mobility. Some things are a bit dated although it has been freshened up over the years we have been going. Being picky and as a basic necessity the toilet rolls were very thin and in short supply. We went out and bought some!
