The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and has a lovely enclosed patio and lawned garden with the added benefit of garage parking for two cars.

A great week had by all , house was clean , well equipped and warm. Nice and close to all the pubs and restaurants, great to have parking. Have stayed here a few times and would recommend!

This is what I call a rustic property, it fully suited our needs of two families and had plenty of space.Only points I would raise is that some of the kitchen cooking utensils could do with replacing. The mattresses on the single beds could do with replacing.Showers were ok but a little difficult to set/control the flow/warmth of the water.The above didn’t stop from having a lovely stay and the location of the property was superb.Also the garage parking was an asset considering the lack of parking in Dartmouth.
