This comfortable family property is well equipped and furnished, has garage parking for one car, is a 5 minute walk to the two Dartmouth ferries and enjoys all the amenities of Dartmouth with the added benefit of the afternoon and evening sunshine.

Excellent location nice and quiet but only 10 minute walk to the two ferries to go onto Dartmouth. Shop and 2 pubs close by very handy. Lovely holiday

Great location with an exceptional view of Dartmouth. The garage parking is very convenient and just about everything you could need is a short walk down the hill.The house is well appointed and we had everything we needed. This property doesn’t come with towels, you are warned of this in advance but this is something I have come to expect when renting a property and it didn’t help that we forgot to bring towels!

Beautiful location looking out over the river to Dartmouth. Lots of steps up to the property and the downstairs loo is tiny! Looks like it was once a kitchen cupboard as it is under the stairs and the door is in the kitchen! Could do with some TLC as the bath had been repaired as looked like it had been damaged as some point. Also the windows in the main bedroom were mouldy as they have been damp as some point. The curtains also had mould on. The double single beded bedroom, Half the wardrobe was locked. The small room with the bunk beds in is very dark and seems to be used for storing cleaning materials. The hover is in a box at the bottom of the bed and the cleaning materials are underneath the bed in boxes. Not great if you have small children sleeping in there.
