A charming two bedroom cottage with a south facing terrace and balcony only moments from the shops, restaurants and harbour. . From the front door, a passageway leads to the entrance door and hallway. Bedroom 2: 4’6" double and chair bed, with window to rear. From the hallway, stairs lead to Open Plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen; the kitchen area having fitted units, electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, with French doors to south facing terrace. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5’), French doors to south facing balcony. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, WC.. Outside: South facing terrace, table and chairs.
Parking: Annual ticket provided for town car park (unreserved). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

No children under the age of 12 due to low balcony and drop from the low terrace wall.. Kitcat Cottage has recently been fully refurbished and redecorated and is presented to a very good standard, with two bedrooms and a large south facing terrace for al-fresco dining.
