A cosy first floor apartment situated a 5 minute walk from the town centre and Dartmouth’s many restaurants and shops. The property, which is well equipped and comfortably furnished, has excellent 180 degree views of the river, across to Kingswear and out to sea.

it was the perfect location as a base for the town centre and exploring further afield. as a family of four it had everything we needed

We’ve stayed before, great location good facilities. Fantastic views. Dartmouth wonderful.Only negative the double bed mattress could be replaced to stop one person rolling into middle. Otherwise a great stay over 4 nights in June.
