On the upper ground floor you will find an open-plan dining area, sitting room and well-equipped kitchen area surrounded by high walls and a vaulted ceiling. This is a great space for preparing delicious meals and tasty treats, as well as cosying up by the wood burning stove, and sinking into the deep comfy sofas. Stairs up to the mezzanine over the sitting area lead to a great play area with an integral stair gate at the top of the flight of stairs, or provide the perfect place to relax. You will also find a single sofa bed on the mezzanine area, sleeping one guest which adds to the flexibility of this lovely cottage.

For those with younger children, an integral stair gate is fitted before steps leading down to the ground floor where the two bedrooms are found, a double bedroom, and a twin room.

Enjoy sunny days together on the patio area, dining alfresco, firing up the barbecue, and taking in the views of this luxurious estate, and access the grounds and tennis court directly from your cottage.

This 14 acre estate really does have something for everyone, with a hand-carved children's playground, indoor soft play area, full-size tennis court, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. A barbecue is provided between June - September. Please provide your own charcoal.

A defibrillator is located at the barn opposite Gitcombe House main entrance.
