The well appointed and very comfortable living space includes French windows that overlook a quiet side street. There are two comfortable sofas in the living area where a TV, video and CD player are also situated. The dining area occupies one end of the room and comprises a modern dining table and chairs. A very modern and well equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area, with an electric oven and gas hob with extractor over, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The spacious en suite master bedroom has a King-size bed, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV for DVD's only, plus an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and w.c. Ideal for a family break, the second bedroom has twin single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Additional family bathroom with bath and mixer tap, plus w.c. All linen and towels are provided. Baby friendly facilities are available, including a high chair and travel cot.

In a central position, this modern apartment is ideal for a family looking to enjoy Dartmouth’s waterfront and town centre. Wheelchair access to this property is particularly good as the development has a lift from the private underground car park. Offering a secure parking space, this modern home is ideal for those wanting to drive to nearby Blackpool Sands beach, or explore the South Devon coastline.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.

Loved the private parking garage and a great location very close to the shops and amenities. Could have done with recycling facilities though. Was asked to put in one bin bag.

The central heating was very effective. It's great that there is a guaranteed space for parking your car and that there are so many local walks and good public transport. We would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Just as described in the listing, perfect for a stroll into town and with M&S only a 2 minute walk away, couldn't have been better. Underground parking a real bonus - we never moved the car during our stay. Will definitely be returning.
