Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway. The stylishly elegant lounge has a double sofa, two armchairs, footstool, smart TV with Freeview and a multi-room music system. From the dining area, with a round oak table and chairs, enjoy a stunning 'internal balcony' area overlooking the river and offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear. The state-of-the-art kitchen has Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances, making self-catering a pleasure. A staircase leads up from the hallway to a newly created study providing a further room to relax in, answer those emails or watch TV.
The master suite has a super King-size bed, built in wardrobes, a dressing table and wall mounted TV. Its beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath with shower (over), and spacious separate shower cubicle, plus heating flooring. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full size single beds (which can be zipped together if requested to form a super-King), built-in wardrobe and shelving, chest of drawers and a TV. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, and heated floor. A further en suite bedroom can be made available for a further two guests and this comprises of a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.

It was spotless, spacious, comfortable and in the perfect location. It is decorated beautifully and has everything and more that you could need. The view from the apartment was perfect, watching the steam train go by across the river, seeing all the beautiful boats and we even saw a seal outside in the water. The only thing I would recommend is some blinds on the bedroom windows for a bit of privacy but apart from this it was perfect. It is just a few minutes walk from everything and Dartmouth is one of the nicest places we have visited with plenty to do. We would definitely return.

Itâs decorated to a very high standard and was very clean. Its location is ideal being an easy walk into Dartmouth town and providing a designated car space just to the back of the apartment. If there was anything I would suggest to improve visitors stay it would be a blind to be fitted in the Master Bedroom. This would greatly improve not only privacy but light as well. I would also have liked some more Dishwasher tablets (there were only 3 for a 7 night stay!) a little thing I know, but its the little things that matter. All the staff at the office in Dartmouth were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We did report that the fridge and freezer were in serious need of defrosting and they offered to send someone in to do this. We declined, but wanted them to be aware that it needed doing before the next guests arrived. We will definitely return.

Luxury. Fantastic views. Already booked 3 weeks for next year
