Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.

Off road parking for six cars.

There is a pet charge of £20 per pet for the second and third pet.

Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.

It was so warm and cosy and in a lovely secluded location. The pool was great and also warm, so comfortable for winter use. The owners added extra touches such as a beautiful Christmas tree and a lovely cake. We will definitely return, maybe a summer visit would be nice so we can sit in the lovely garden and enjoy the views. Thank you for everything. I loved it so much I wanted to stay.

We were celebrating 3 very special birthdays and Swallows Reach was the perfect place to celebrate. There was plenty of room 8 adults didnât feel on top of each other. A really beautiful property with a home from home feel.

Lovely place, plenty of space, beautiful views. We didnât get a chance to use the games room much but it looked good. Swimming pool was a bit chilly but the room was warm which was nice.. brilliant stay. Would highly recommend. Owners are really nice and helpful too.
