In addition, you have the option to explore the field below the property that stretches down the valley to a river and multiple ponds, the ideal area for short walks or to let your dog's exercise.

It must be said that being situated nearby to the South Devon AONB will give you every chance to get out and explore the great outdoors, offering a multitude of excellent opportunities no matter your tastes.
The A38 or Devon Expressway is a 10-minute drive from our door and allows you quick and easy access most of the county's outstanding attractions.
However, we always ask all visitors to please remember to drive slowly and carefully on the narrow lanes leading to the property.
