28 acres of grounds on Estate, woodlands, flower meadows, lakes.. Beautifully furnished, this sweet terraced cottage sits with similar properties and retains the original stone features in the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. With two bedrooms upstairs there is also access to a lawned area behind the cottage, with winding paths leading to the Colmer Estate facilities. A private, enclosed courtyard area at the front of the cottage complete with a BBQ is perfect for unwinding on those balmy evenings and is fully enclosed for dogs.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the 28 acres of the Estate grounds which include woodlands, wild flower meadows, and a walled orchard. There are activities nearby for everyone to enjoy; maybe a splash in the outdoor pool in the summer or some fun in the indoor pool which is open all year. Or maybe try your hand at course fishing or become competitive on the tennis court.
For those exploring days, South Hams has so much to offer, from the beautiful town of Kingsbridge for shopping and a spot of lunch to some glorious sandy beaches and pretty hidden coves. Beaches are with a 20 minute drive.
