Provided, is private parking for 1 car with 5 steps to the apartment. A superb location for a summer beach holiday, located just a short stroll to the beach, café and surf shop and for walking the glorious South Devon coastal path. The beach is popular with families and water sports and is dog friendly. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Delightful accommodation in a stunning location with fantastic views.Private car parking a huge bonus. Very comfortable bed, piping hot water and lovely private balcony overlooking the sea. Hans was a charming host and very helpful.
