The holiday cottage is also within easy reach of the local modern day amenities and attractions of Torquay (10 miles), Newton Abbot (15 miles) and also Paignton and Brixham.

The immediate surrounding area of Kingswear is ideal for enjoying the great outdoors; with its coastal path leading eastwards to Torbay Beach and westwards to Blackpool Sands as well as fishing, yachting and dinghy sailing opportunities available on the beautiful estuary, with excellent facilities to hand at the Royal Dart Yacht Club.
