The ground floor, with underfloor heating throughout, opens into a beautiful spacious hallway, through double glazed doors to the lounge with sofa, armchairs, large Smart TV with BT Sport (main channel) DVD and freeview, double doors leading out to the garden.
Large contemporary kitchen diner, beautifully fitted and well equipped with electric range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a TV and an ipod dock. Dining table which will seat 8, door to rear patio and door to front garden.

The garden leads to sloping and undulating meadow of 3 acres, with a stream running alongside. From the bottom of the meadow there is access to a country lane which leads direct to the village of Modbury, just under a mile’s walk.
