Double doors of a Juliet balcony open to overlook the creek. The modern kitchen area is well equipped with a built-in electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Stairs down to the twin bedroom with two 3ft single low level beds or these can be arranged to create a standard height single bed. En suite cloakroom with wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Please note that access to the only shower is via the double bedroom.

Sunny private decked patio to the side of the property with estuary glimpses. Perfect for al fresco dining and is appointed with table, chairs and barbecue.
Shared use of ground floor shower room accessed from the parking area. Ideal for showering after the beach or washing down wetsuits or sailing gear.
