This is a nice flat fairly high up above the town. This gives good views over the harbour but would present. problem to people who are not fit. The climb up the hiss is definitely quite taxing.The flat is spacious and the facilities are good. Unfortunately the cook is not very good. It is not a fan which is unusual these days but we found we hd to increase the temperature and cooking time considerably on everything.

Lovely, clean and very comfortable flat with amazing views. Smaller than we thought from the photos but absolutely fine for our needs. Access is up a very steep hill but off street parking a big bonus. Double bed very comfortable and kitchen had what we needed for 4 adults. The huge amount of crockery and cutlery was helpful too. Salcombe is very hilly with limited food shops (as far as we could tell) so information regarding local amenities would be helpful. Having said that, it's a beautiful town with lovely pubs and scenic walks. Would definitely recommend Salcombe and Berrystead.
