A bright and attractive self-contained apartment with a rear courtyard. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and is well equipped and furnished, with the en-suite and main bathroom both now fully upgraded and modernised for the coming season. The apartment has access via steps down from the rear parking area (Allenhayes Lane).

    A comfortable apartment with everything we needed plus parking. The three of us spent an enjoyable week there without using our car at all as we could walk or use ferries from Salcombe to South Sands or across the inlet. A lovely location with a well equipped apartment.
