Refurbished and decorated to a good standard this Victorian cottage is only a minutes walk from the town centre and Quays. The property has estuary views from both double bedrooms and has a pretty patio and garden to the rear with decking and mature shrubs.

The property was fine and location excellent but we have local knowledge. Dealing with cottages.com is a nightmare for us oldies as phone conversations seem to have to go through some sort of robot. Even booking in the first place was difficult eventually having to do it through an office in Lowestoft I believe. Seems very short sighted to me
