The sitting room layout beautifully compliments the stunning estuary views and has the added bonus of stylish sliding patio doors that open up to an ornamental Juliet balcony, which can be enjoyed at any time of year. Just off from the main living area is the master bedroom containing a King-size bed with matching bedside table and lamps with quaint furnishing that gives it a seaside feel. To the right-hand size of the bed is a large window that provides a good source of light into the bedroom.

The local area is great for water sports lovers, with Kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding just a few activities on offer. With South Sands beach a short walk away. Visit Salcombe Castle, which is rich with history or head to the popular area of Kingsbridge where you can see the Start Point Lighthouse, built in 1836. Alternatively, if you are looking to head further afield, the Dartmoor National Park is just a 40-minute drive. Plymouth is the nearest City and just a 1-hour drive from Salcombe offering a vibrant environment with plenty of restaurants, shops and a charming quayside. A cosy and delightful property in a picturesque location.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
