The location and views are highlights, contributing to many guests' desires to return.
The property is frequently described as clean and tidy, with specific praise for the spotless condition upon arrival. However, a few mentions of mould and dampness slightly affect the score.
The location is highly regarded for its stunning views and proximity to the town centre, despite the steep access. The convenience of the parking space is consistently noted as a positive feature.
Comfort receives mixed reviews. While some find the property cosy and the bed comfortable, others note the sofas and seating could be improved. The presence of a comfortable bed is acknowledged, but the discomfort of other furniture impacts the score.
Facilities are generally good, with a well-appointed kitchen and great shower. However, comments about tricky locks, the need for a key safe, and suggestions for minor improvements indicate room for enhancement.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

Well equipped, clean and comfortable, with great views from the lounge.
Helen
Well equipped and clean. The only small request would be for the cleaner to clean the shower plug as the water was slow to run and when I lifted the lid it was gunged up with hair and soap and although I cleaned it enough to unblock it for us I didnât feel it was my job to thoroughly clean it!! Apart from this, flat was perfect and we would definitely book again.
