Blinds in bedrooms old and broken which means the light gets in. ( I complained about this last year), French doors from living area and utility room door warped and donât close. kitchen bin lid broken and doesnât close. We also had issues with poor maintenance, no lights on stairs and oven left in a disgusting state.

Property looks a bit tired in general, e.g. blinds (was mentioned in existing review). Washing machine produces an astonishing 90dB (we actually measured it) when wringing. Leaking roof, when it rained the master bedroom wall and carpet got wet. Broken outdoor lamp on balcony of apartment above constantly banged the wall in wind and woke us up. Stunning view but inly only from upper floor (to be fair, that was listed). Nevertheless, we were pleased with the standard of the kitchen, but all in all we do not consider this experience worth the money we paid.

Disappointed. Views are this properties selling point!!! View from bedroom amazing! Outside patio area views not as good but lovely. Both bathrooms good except sink upstairs slow to drain. Property had lots of issues: Microwave not working Patio door to outside terrace unable to open without applying brute force! Televisions not tuned in Wash room could not shut door, heat from boiler in that room..made the kitchen and downstairs tiolet unbearabley hot. Bin in kitchen would not shut easily, shut function issue. Hedge by patio full off blue bottle flies Wooden plank loose on patio area Decking lights 50% did not work on patio Blinds on downstairs living room and main bedroom did not function Kitchen floor tiles lifting in places Property needs a good make over, especially blinds brought up to standard so they actally function as they should. This would enable the views from the property to be enjoyed to their best potential. Then the rental price would be on point, currently it is not value for money.
