Friends stayed at the Courtyard last year so I knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint. Convenient, central position in Salcombe. Quiet in winter (not sure it would be as peaceful in summer!). Fuse tripped (water got into the outside lights I think) but rapidly sorted by the owner. Two sets of visitors to the flat above were noisy, but otherwise it was a great two week stay.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location. Dog friendly and with outside space and a parking space. I just wish we lived closer so we could come back more often. I’d definitely book the Courtyard again!I would be interested to know something of the history of the building.

The Courtyard was the perfect place to stay for our break in Salcombe. The enclosed outdoor area was great to have, as was the parking space, a rarity in Salcombe. There was plenty of storage and living space. Great location with the apartment being on the flat and with amenities on the doorstep, but we didn't find our stay disturbed by outside noise. We will definitely be staying at The Courtyard again.
