Lovely accommodation in an excellent location. Dog friendly and with outside space and a parking space. I just wish we lived closer so we could come back more often. I’d definitely book the Courtyard again!I would be interested to know something of the history of the building.

The Courtyard was the perfect place to stay for our break in Salcombe. The enclosed outdoor area was great to have, as was the parking space, a rarity in Salcombe. There was plenty of storage and living space. Great location with the apartment being on the flat and with amenities on the doorstep, but we didn't find our stay disturbed by outside noise. We will definitely be staying at The Courtyard again.

We had a great stay in Salcombe at the Courtyard. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk into the centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped too. The outside seating area was a bonus, as was the provision of a rare parking space. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to visitors and would stay here again if visiting Salcombe.
