As before there are no scales; a shortage of teaspoons and mugs; no pincers or tongues to turn chops over; the en-suite bathroom loo does not flush solids away - I have complained about this before and you sent a guy to fix it a couple of years ago but it still doesnât work properly - you must have had complaints about this from other folk?!?! We love the house and the views are fantastic- its just a little annoying when simple things arenât addressed year after year. Regards Paul Tunstill

It's a really lovely place with tall ceilings and plenty of space. The facilities were excellent. Large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. All the kitchen equipment you could need. I only needed to unpack the oven gloves! The welcome hamper was a really nice touch as were the high chair and travel cot. The layout of the lounge/dining area has changed slightly since the photos were taken plus the flooring is all completely hard rather than carpeted like in the photos which practically is better however good to know if you have a young baby- might need to bring something soft for the floor. Parking is a nightmare in Salcombe so the garage was a massive perk. As was the mooring on the beach which is opposite the entrance to the apartment. Lots of stairs so only suitable for those steady on their feet. The location of this apartment was perfect. Just a short walk to the main row of shops/pubs etc and the view was out of this world. There was a lot of building work happening while we were there (mid May) which got a little noisy at times but it seemed like they were wrapping a lot of that up when we were leaving. Other things to note... the main bedroom is stunning but gets very bright in the morning so bring an eye mask if you need darkness. The high chair is a little large for a baby under 1 so bring an insert or use cushions. It also would have been helpful to have the code to the gate down to the beach. We couldn't find it anywhere in the apartment so had to phone up. Not a major issue though. We'd love to come back again. Already missing that view!

hardly any noise and very friendly bunch.Fabullous comfy beds and luxury bedding and towels.. No complaints at all, The only thing that wasn't clear was the notice of where to put the rubbish. I didn't realize there was access to the top rd and the bin was there.
