There are plenty of walks, the beach is less than a mile from the door and the friendly village has a couple of good pubs and a small village shop. The interesting historical naval port of Dartmouth is a short drive away with Bohemian Totnes at the head of the Dartmouth estuary. There are plenty of interesting market towns where you can spend a pleasant few hours as well and Dartmoor National Park is well worth a visit. So bring the dog and pamper yourself in this well equipped holiday home.
This property can be booked together with the adjacent Lower Court giving a total accommodation for up to 10 guests.

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine and microwave. Ground floor double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds. Smaller twin bedroom with two 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower, separate shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin and WC.
Outside: Seating area on front patio furnished with garden table and chairs.
Parking: Under cover parking for 2/3 cars.
