- No swimming is allowed in the lake, it is for fishing only

- Fishing available on-site(Before you arrive, please advise owner if you wish to fish)

- Private water supply, owner supplies all the bottled water for guests and solar-powered off-grid system. Please note that long periods of bad weather will result in the depletion of the batteries, however, a backup generator is available

- Please note this lodge may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility due to stepped access to the decking area

- Beach 11 miles, shop and pub within walking distance (1.5 miles located in the village of South Brent)
