Surf View is a comfortable, modern terraced cottage with sea views in the pretty seaside fishing village of Hope Cove, South Devon. The property is beautifully presented and just a short walk from the beach, village inn, restaurants and Post Office stores. Hope Cove in beautiful South Devon is the perfect venue for a self catering holiday with two sandy beaches and the stunning South West Coastal Path, which enables the visitor to enjoy some spectacular cliff walks. It is also just a few miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe and the famous surfing beaches at Bantham and Bigbury.
Accommodation:
Front door into hall with downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Light and airy living room with two leather sofas and cane tub armchairs, TV with Freeview and DVD and dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Fitted kitchen with electric ceramic hob and oven/grill, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs up to the first floor and a large master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and wardrobe. Large family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Further stairs to attic with large third bedroom with two 3ft single beds and a 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobe. Please note: This property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests including infants.
Outside:
French doors from the lounge open onto the sun terrace with patio table and chairs and feature barbecue.
Parking: Strictly for one car only. (Additional parking available in the village).
