On entering the property the wide staircase leads you to the light and airy open plan living and dining area where the outside is welcomed in through the wide glass doors. This beautifully furnished room in soft coastal tones makes is so easy on the eye. Relax and enjoy a movie on the HD TV or enjoy a sumptuous supper prepared from all the fabulous local ingredients on offer - Fresh locally caught Lobsters available off the beach during the season or go simple with Peter's famous pasties from the well stocked Village Store.
The contemporary kitchen is fitted with the latest Neff appliances, a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Dualit Kettle and Toaster together with carefully curated china and glasses to reflect this stylish space. A dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer make it easy to clear away after your busy day.
The hallway leads to three beautifully decorated bedrooms, The master king having its own luxury shower room en suite, a second large king with a luxury headboard and finally the cosy twin room, perfect for adults too if needed. There is also a luxury family bathroom with a bath for relaxing, and a contemporary rain shower to wash all those sandy toes or relax those muscles after your coastal walks.
This beautiful holiday home is close to some of the best foodie hotspots, the Hope & Anchor Pub nearby, The Cove for handmade pizzas and home-made burgers or some fabulous seafood at the infamous Beachhouse along the coast path. You can park the car and enjoy everything this pretty cove has to offer.

Such a lovely apartment. Very very clean, fabulous furnishings, stunning view. We stepped out of our comfort zone as we always rent cottages with real fires, so an apartment was a first for us but we loved it! So lovely to have the kitchen and living space all open plan so I never felt “out of the action” whilst preparing meals. Being literally two minutes from the coast was amazing as our walks started straight from the door. Hope Cove has plenty of places to eat and a lot more within walking distance along the coast path. The balcony was such a lovely addition to come back to after a walk and sit with a chilled glass of wine from the wine cooler, and recount the days sights and experiences. It was truly a pleasure to stay in such a lovely apartment. I think we might have to go back again!!

Happy to give you guys a 5 ⭐️ rating. Location, fixtures, fittings and condition of the Penthouse at The Lanterns were nothing less than excellent. Coastal Concierge’s management of the property was excellent too. Friendly & really helpful. Booking of the property was easy & your communications were good. No complaints whatsoever. So, as soon as your books are open for next year we’re keen to rebook The Penthouse for a week in early June 2026.
