The open plan space is perfect for families and friends to be together, creating those special holiday memories to remember. To the rear of the house a large garden awaits, with a patio area to enjoy sitting in the warm sunshine with a good book or glass of your favourite drink.
A short walk away and you'll find golden sandy beaches, a choice of eateries, the village shop and local pub. The famous Southwest Coastal path runs right through Hope Cove, making this location the perfect spot to leave the car on the private driveway and fill your days with living the Devon life.

An enclosed lawned garden to the rear of the house with a decked seating area in the far corner. Lawn area at the front of the property although not enclosed to the road.
Parking:
Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. Unfortunately no EV charging is allowed at this property.

Entrance to hall, cupboard for coats and shoes directly opposite the front door.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, double wardrobe, chair, beside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, mirror.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, chair, en-suite WC, basin, heated towel rail, walk in shower with 2 shower heads (waterfall and handheld).
Family bathroom WC, basin, heated towel rail, bath with overhead shower.
Upstairs to Bedroom 3 super king bed (or twin), chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, bookcase, mirror, slopping ceilings (middle area 5ft 11 max).
Lounge/dining area 2 x 3 seater sofas, wooden floors, smart TV, patio doors, electric fire, dining table for 6, leading to the fully equipped kitchen, 2 ovens, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Utility room washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and cupboard space, back door leading to the garden.

Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests must provide their own beach towels), heating.
Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is poor in Hope Cove. Please check with your provider prior to booking.
Dogs: One small dog welcome. Pet Charge £30 per dog, per week.
Electric Vehicles: This property is not suitable for Electric Vechicle charging.
Local Facilities: Two sandy beaches within easy walking distance. Pub, restaurants and shop all in Hope Cove, garage & asda Express Malborough 2.6 miles, Kingsbridge 5 miles, Salcombe 4 miles.
