First floor: Master bedroom with 4ft 6 inch double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Steep stairs lead to the second floor: Second twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, chest of drawers, wash hand basin in vanity unit.

At the rear of the property is a small patio beyond which is a small, secluded, enclosed garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Shared pedestrian access across the courtyard to adjoining cottage.
