Buzzard is a fantastically situated 3 bedroom house set over 3 floors based next to the golf course. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms and benefitting from balconies on each floor.. 2 steps to entrance.

Buzzard is set directly next to Dartmouths golf course and spa. Whether guests are looking for a relaxing break with fine dining or a get together for some rounds of golf, this property couldn’t be better.
Set just outside of Dartmouth’s main town away from the hustle and bustle. Avoid the notorious difficulty of parking as Buzzard has plenty of parking space and is just a short 10-minute drive from the heart of Dartmouth. As you enter the property you find yourself in the entrance hallway which leads through a door to your left into the open plan kitchen/living and dining area. This open, social space is great for entertaining guests and socialising in general. The well-equipped kitchen looks out over the living/dining area with modern wood burner and also benefits from doors leading out onto the rear patio and sitting out area. The property has underfloor heating throughout and the ground floor also has a very handy toilet.
Upstairs to the first floor is where two of the bedrooms are located. One bedroom contains a kingsize zip and link bed which can be separated into two single beds upon request. This bedroom has a lovely, frosted glass feature wall leading into the en-suite bathroom. Not to mention doors from the bedroom itself leading out onto a rear balcony with lovely views across to the tennis courts (available to use free of charge), and over the communal lawn. The second bedroom on this floor contains two single beds and also boasts an en-suite shower room. All of the bedrooms have built in storage to pack all of those clothes.
Up the second staircase to the 2nd floor takes you to the third bedroom. This bedroom contains a kingsize bed as well as en-suite shower room, and similar to the bedroom below has doors leading out onto another balcony overlooking the lawn behind the property towards the tennis court. The beauty of ’Buzzard’ is that not only is it situated on the grounds of the hotel, perfect for avid golfers, but also with guests able to make use of the facilities such as the spa which includes swimming pool and gym all free of charge, but also makes it a tranquil relaxing break. The popular Woodlands adventure park is just a matter of minutes down the road, perfect for the children! Whether you are wanting to visit Dartmouth specifically, or venture slightly further afield and explore all that the beautiful South Hams and English Riviera has to offer, Buzzard is a great place to start.

Broken plug, cooker and fridge on arrival. Was sorted after a few days, but then the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floors causing a smalll flood. We could never get the heating to work properly despite the instructions and the hot water was never more than warm. The broken cooker was replaced the next day so cant complain on that front, but the rest of the problems made the stay les comfortable than we would have liked. However the cleaner who helped us vacate when my husband was taken to hospital was an absolute angel and life saver. The one thing I can say is that the house was absolutely spotles and her work is second to none. Thank you so much E x

Excellent base , near Dartmouth and surrounding areas of beauty.The cottage was well equipped and we enjoyed access to the hotel spa/pool .Dog friendly , woulddefinitely recommend
