The ground floor hosts the open-plan living room, where you can gather to unwind of an evening, whether it be cooking a delicious meal, opening up a bottle of fizz or playing one of the board games. Certain to entice a spot of home cooking is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Settle down for dinner at the formal table to tuck in before pulling open the map and planning the next day's walking or cycling route. Unwind into your evening by sinking into the sofa, lighting the woodburner and enjoying a family film night with all of your loved ones, or making your way upstairs to the additional spacious sitting room with a further woodburning stove to fill the room with a gentle warmth as you get lost within a good book. As the evening draws to a close, look forward to catching your rest within one of the elegantly-appointed bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size bedroom, which is served by the family bathroom, and the upstairs king-size bedroom, which has its very own en-suite.

If you fancy a day by the coast, make your way to Paignton, where you can look forward to lazing on the sands of the beach or spend the day at the zoo. Keen walkers will be delighted by the vast array of walks available within the area, including the Dart Valley Trail, taking you through ancient woodland and along the Dart River, a great opportunity for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife.
