The cottage boasts an open-plan living space with dining area, offering a comfortable space for guests to relax and dine in. The living area comes complete with a plush sofa and Smart television, perfect for chilling after a day spent exploring the beautiful countryside and coast of South Devon. The accommodation includes a fully-equipped kitchen area containing an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. For added convenience, there is a shared external laundry room with a washer/dryer available to use throughout your stay.

Your holiday retreat has a bedroom with a super-king size bed and plenty of storage space, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and heated towel rail. The underfloor heating system is generated by solar panels and a biomass boiler, and this means that you can enjoy your stay, knowing you are minimising your carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

When you step outside through the patio doors, you will find an enclosed garden space, with a private 5-seater hot tub and outdoor seating. This large hot tub is hot water filled for reduced energy usage and added convenience, and it is the ultimate way to enjoy the long summer nights or a spot of star-gazing.
