If you are looking for a romantic break, or simple seeking some peace and quiet in a serene countryside location in Devon, The Tiny House is a wonderfully quirky retreat for two surrounded by stunning countryside.

You will be welcomed to this unique retreat with an open-plan sitting, dining and kitchenette area, where you will find a comfortable sofa, with a Freeview TV. There is also a small dining table and chairs, which can be moved outside onto the deck, to be used if the weather is kind. The statement cathedral window provides a fantastic focal point and viewing opportunity rain or shine. The kitchenette area is complete with sink; ceramic hob; microwave/combi oven; and fridge. A walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin and WC is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedroom contains a king-sized bed, and a large storage ottoman, and the low ceiling creates a cosy atmosphere and the perfect place to snuggle up, after a long day of exploring this beautiful location or nearby Dartmoor.

The Tiny House is fitted with an air-conditioning system, which provides both cool air during the summer months, and heating during the colder seasons. Outside there is a fire pit and garden furniture, the perfect setting during the summer months for evenings around the fire with a drink or two. Furry friends are welcome here, there is a garden allowing them to safely roam free, and an enclosed natural meadow which is perfect for walks, as well as numerous dog walking opportunities close-by. Off-road parking for two cars is located directly next to The Tiny House.
