Just 1 1/2 from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town.
The town’s railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic line runs along the seafront, making Dawlish a popular spot for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here , it’s very comfortable. Clean and well maintained.We used the trains and local buses to get around , we parked the car up the day we got there and didn’t use it again until we were leaving .The only down side is outside the property isn’t very well lite up at nighttime , which made it scary coming back in the dark , we did mention it to a lady who was cleaning the day before we left .Howard is very accommodating, we arrived early and he allowed us to go into the apartment not long after we got there

As always Red Rock apartments are our preference, we have stayed there for the past 6 years & we have booked again for next year.It’s near the beaches, train station and shops. Having a washing machine makes all the difference when on a beach holiday. See you next year.

We had a lovely week at 11 Red Rock. Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet, but not far from all the amenities. A great base for exploring the local area either by train along the coast or by car. Plenty for the kids to do. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again..
