The MK1 railway carriages date from the 1950’s and 1960’s and have recently been superbly renovated into desirable, boutique accommodation. Each carriage has three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV’s and even heated flooring to be enjoyed during the cooler months.. A lovely way to spend time away from home ! Everything you need, beds made up, towels , handsome, shampoo, shower gel even washing up liquid! Well thought out !

Lovely to stay in the carriage. The place was really tidy and it’s been well looked after. Our ensuite had two sinks and there is another bathroom with a shower at one end. The carriage had 2 bunk beds along with a double bed and lots of storage. The kitchen is well equipped along with an oven/grill, microwave and dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets provided along with tea, coffee and milk.
