Situated in the Blue Flag seaside resort of Dawlish Warren, the park is the closest accommodation to the beach in the area. The MK1 railway carriages date from the 1950’s and 1960’s and have recently been superbly renovated into desirable, boutique accommodation. Each carriage has three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi and even heated flooring to be enjoyed during the cooler months.
The check in time at the property is 3pm on your day of arrival and check out is 10am on your day of departure. Please call your property manager if you are likely to arrive after 6pm on the day of your arrival.
Brunel Boutique Railway Carriages has one free car parking space per carriage. Additional parking is available in the nearby Council car park.

Carriage 1 was nice however a little cold if you visit like we did in November. The underfloor heating works a treat however I felt that it only worked up to a degree but it still felt cold in the master bedroom even having the heating on. There was very slight black mould around the window frame, i’d expect that for the age of the carriage. I would still recommend staying just for the experience of staying in a railway carriage though as the carriage itself was beautiful!
