Surrounded by the stunning views of the glorious Devonshire countryside is Oakwood Lodge. This is the perfect destination for a family or group of friends looking to sample the simpler way of life.
Inside, the lodge has a bright and airy living, kitchen and dining area with beautiful views over the rolling hills. During the colder months you can cosy up beside the log burner and when the sun is shining, you can step out onto the decked terrace. There are three bedrooms, and the master bedroom has its own open plan en-suite shower room.
Outside, you’ll find a private decked terrace, again showcasing those wonderful rural views. This is the perfect space whether you want to enjoy an alfresco meal or to unwind in the soothing hot tub.
Located just outside the charming village of Cockwood, Portmile Lodges are conveniently set just off the A379. The village is home to two traditional pubs and a leisurely stroll along the estuary will take you to the pretty village of Starcross. If you fancy a spot of shopping or a delicious meal out, the Cathedral city of Exeter is just a 20 minute drive away. Also, the golden sands and sand dunes at Dawlish Warren are just a 5 minute drive away.
