It falls into our Superior range featuring an open plan living space and kitchen with ample seating and kitchen facilities including hob, fridge and microwave. Other features include bath and/or shower, linen and bath towels included with beds made up for your arrival, decking with patio furniture, double glazing, heating and an outdoor hot tub. No pets.

Situated in 12 acres of green rolling hills and just one mile away from the ancient wool town of Chudleigh and just 2½ miles from our sister park, Finlake Holiday Resort, Holmans Wood is a beautiful park for those looking for a calm retreat from the outside world.
It is also superbly located only a few miles from the coastal towns of Dawlish, Teignmouth and the English Riviera.
For families looking for a mix of high-energy activities and that all important down-time, Holmans Wood is a great base from which to visit our sister park Finlake Resort & Spa with its waterpark, outdoor swimming pool, activities, bar, restaurant and spa, which are all available to those staying at Holmans Wood.

The lodge wasn't equipped enough in the kitchen. Need more saucepans only had 2. No jug. The beds weren't comfortable at all..the double could feel the springs..the bedrooms were too small for us..we've had lodges on finlake park with larger rooms..with 5 adults & 2 dogs we felt on top of each other..

Lodge was great except some recycling left in the back of the bin from previous guests and one saucepan was covered in scorch marks. Apart from that it was perfect.

Only reason I did not give a full 10 as upon arrival we found the cottage bin has not been emptied from the previous holiday markers or been hovered ( don’t worry my dog went around and hovered up all the leftover food he found under the sofas )
