A cosy, quiet location, an attractive, well equipped and comfortable cottage with a warm welcome from Katy was the perfect end to a long car journey. Providing milk, cake and prosecco was unexpected and very generous. Ideal for dog owners with a securely fenced large garden. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is good with shops and garage in Ipplepen and supermarket in Newton Abbott. Can recommend Dainton Golf Club and The Wellington in Ipplepen for food.The views across the valley were peaceful and pleasant. An ideal place to spend time or to use as a base from which to explore the area.

Loved the folly quiet location spacious accommodation. Great for dogs lots of Room for them to run around in a large secure garden. Katy great host, easy to get to interesting places. Great pub with great food 5 minutes walk away in the village
