This beautiful Devon cottage, Harcombe House Bungalow 10, is located on the 320-acre, Grade II listed Harcombe House estate. Harcombe House Bungalow 10 is a wonderful option for couples or a group of six, as it is located just 10 miles from Exeter, close to the Dartmoor National Park has easy access to the coast, and it provides guests with access to a plethora of onsite amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, games room, laundrette, bar, restaurant, woodland walks, children's playground, and two fishing lakes. A six-seater dining table and an inviting sitting area with a TV are waiting for you in the open-concept kitchen, where you can also whip up some of your family's favourite dishes to share over a glass of wine. On warmer days, you can savour your meal out on your own private patio. Enter the bathroom and freshen up under the overhead shower or take a long, relaxing bath with your favourite book. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins, are available for your use, each with plenty of storage and access to a cloakroom. Whisk the ones who mean most away to Harcombe House Bungalow 10. Chudleigh, a historic wool town in Devon's picturesque Teignbridge District, is a wonderful day trip destination any time of year. The town's history may be traced back to the Saxon era, as seen by the prevalence of Saxon place names in modern day usage. The town also boasts historical attractions including the caverns at Rock and an Iron Age hillfort that overlooks the area. In addition to its many accommodations, Chudleigh is home to two pubs, an English restaurant, grocery stores, specialty boutiques, and more, all of which are useful during a self-catered visit. Between Dunsford and Chudleigh, on the northern and southern fringes of Dartmoor National Park, respectively, is the magnificent and steep wooded Teign Valley. Christow, Lower Ashton, Higher Ashton, Dunsford, and Hennock are lovely places to spend a vacation because to the picturesque landscapes of hills, farms, rivers, and picturesque thatched cottages that surround them. All around Chudleigh, you will find beautiful scenery perfect for strolling. If you're in the mood for something more strenuous, you may go rock climbing, kayaking on the River Teign, mountain biking, or hiking in the area. Visit the historic coastal resort of Dawlish for a day of sun and sand, complete with a host of fun activities for the whole family. The majestic black swans of Dawlish may be found in The Lawn and Brook. Visit the historic city of Exeter and spend a day seeing its various attractions, including the magnificent City Walls, the Gothic cathedral, Exeter Castle, and much more. There is no better place to stay in Devon than at Chudleigh, with its proximity to the seaside and the Dartmoor National Park and the exciting attractions of Newton Abbot, Torquay, and Paignton.
