A modern mid-terraced cottage located in Teignmouth, just a short walk to the beach. Refurbished to a wonderful standard, Sunvale promises guests an all-round comfortable stay. Ideal for couples or a small family wishing to explore this vibrant seaside town, this retreat is also a perfect chance to unwind after a scenery-filled adventure. The lounge is matched with grey and white décor for a contemporary finish, elegantly designed to ensure you feel truly relaxed from morning through to evening. This room continues to a dining table with seating for six people, and a freshly fitted kitchen housing a breakfast bar for those cups of tea in the early hours.

The next floor boasts a classic family bathroom where you can get ready day to day, and a king-size double bedroom. The single bedroom almost mirrors the previous one in style, and both are equally as promising for a peaceful night's sleep. Wander out to the courtyard, accessed via patio doors, a lovely spot to enjoy a refreshing drink in your downtime and reflect on your holiday so far in this wondrous setting. Teignmouth is a must-see for its working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club and diving centre, a truly astounding holiday location. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills provide an idyllic accompaniment.

Alternatively, the stunning Dartmoor National Park and the city of Exeter make for a lovely adventure. A much-desired retreat in an excellent part of Devon.

Teignmouth in South Devon offers plenty to see and do including a lovely sandy beach, working harbour, a Victorian pier, water play park, mini golf and a bowling green. The breathtaking Dartmoor National Park is a walkers haven, plus the city of Exeter is close by. There are delightful harbour towns nearby such as Brixham, and the zoo at Paignton, well worth exploring.
