When you’re ready to venture further afield, discover the historic market town of Bideford with its 13th-century Long Bridge and traditional Pannier Market (2 miles), enjoy family days on the sandy beaches of Westward Ho! (5.6 miles), or follow the scenic Tarka Trail, which passes through the area and offers a flat route for walking and cycling along the River Torridge. Back at the site, guests can make the most of five coarse and carp fishing lakes, all free to use during their stay.

Designed for comfort throughout the year, the double-glazed and centrally heated lodge provides a welcoming base for relaxing breaks in the countryside. The inviting living area features a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day spent exploring. Sleeping up to four guests, the accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with beds made up ready for arrival. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower over, providing everything needed for a refreshing start to the day or a relaxing soak in the evening.
