Westward Ho! is one of the best beaches in North Devon for surfing and surf schools are in abundance, if you want to learn to ride the waves. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is within easy reach, and it’s also worth visiting Appledore (1.5 miles) and Instow (4 miles). The quirky village of Clovelly, with its famous cobbled streets, is just 13 miles away, and top family attractions The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are 2 and 9 miles away respectively.
This fabulous property has been stylishly fitted and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family. Its reverse-level layout means you will find the four stylish bedrooms located on the ground floor. This consists of a double with en-suite shower room, Smart TV, and French doors which lead out onto the rear garden. A twin bedroom has a set of French doors which lead out onto the garden, and a second twin room has its own TV. The fourth bedroom is a further restful double bedroom, also benefitting from an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading out to the front of the property. The main bathroom on this floor offers a shower and a bath. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious and tastefully decorated lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area enjoys views across to the sea, and has a Smart TV and plenty of seating. If the children want to play, or the adults want some peace and quiet, there is a small snug room off the lounge, where you can take in the gorgeous sea views. The kitchen has a sleek contemporary design. The lounge area is located just off the kitchen and guests can extend the living space out onto the balcony, where there is further seating available. The garage has been converted into a great utility room/games room. The room consists of a pool table, washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
Outside, there is a spacious, enclosed garden to the rear of the property, with a table and chairs, a BBQ, and the luxurious hot tub. The first-floor balcony, with its south facing position offers an additional space to sit and enjoy the sunshine, its easy access from the kitchen making it the perfect spot for enjoying al fresco drinks.
