This property is located in the village of Instow, a particularly attractive waterfront village which is located on the estuary of the rivers Taw and Torridge. The sandy beach is a lovely place to relax and play, whist the village itself is an enjoyable place to wander around and enjoy the various pubs and restaurants. In the warmer months, a ferry runs across the estuary to the neighbouring harbour village of Appledore, a picture postcard village, with pretty fishermen s cottages and a working harbour with fishing boats and pleasure craft. Just five miles away, the beach at Westward Ho! offers a wide expanse of sand and is popular with families and surf enthusiasts alike, in fact there is even a surf school here, so visitors can have a go at catching a wave.

On entering this property, guests will find themselves in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its spacious seating area, with comfortable seating, Smart TV/DVD, and a dining area with table seating six. The first of these is a pleasant double room, while a second room has twin beds, and a third is a cosy single. Outside, to the rear of the property, and accessed through the kitchen area, there is an enclosed patio garden with garden furniture and a BBQ, which makes it a great place to enjoy an ice cream bought from the locally famed Hockings vans.
