Fishing trips are available on the quay or, in the summer, take the ferry across the estuary to Instow. You will also be a short drive from the beautiful sandy beach at Westward Ho!, enabling you to enjoy the best of this ever popular area. Further sea and sand can be found at the surfing beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. Other attractions accessible from here include access to the Tarka Trail and day trips to Lundy Island from Bideford, RHS Rosemoor, Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, The Big Sheep and Milky Way Adventure Parks. Venturing outside, you will find that the property benefits from access to a delightful shared courtyard and an undeniably useful external utility room offering a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is public parking close by (a weekly permit can be purchased) or free roadside parking subject to availability.
