Enjoying both coastal and countryside views, this detached barn places you in an ideal spot for exploring the best of both Devon and Cornwall. Complete peace and tranquillity are assured, however, if its adventure you're after, you’re never far from a wave to ride, a sandcastle to build or a hike to be had alongside the sea.

Stepping through the well-kept front lawn, you’ll uncover an attractive cottage with exposed stone contrasting beautifully with the whitewash around it. Once inside, the neutral tones combined with the natural light pouring in through the French doors creates a delightful space in which to switch off and relax. Finished to a high standard with an abundance of charm to be found throughout, you’ll discover beautiful tiled floors, a wooden staircase, and pretty pops of colour. The lounge area is a real feature of the house - sit back in the plush furnishings and while away your days soaking up the verdant countryside views beyond. Upstairs, meticulous attention to detail can be found in every room; unspool in the luxurious en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath - the perfect place to sink into with a good book after a day exploring your new surroundings. The cottage is just 3 miles from Clovelly - a truly unique village and well worth a visit during your stay. A visit to Clovelly feels as if you’re stepping back in time; expect cobbled streets, twee tearooms, donkeys and a gorgeous harbourfront. The Milky Way Adventure Park is 3 miles from the property and makes for a fantastic family day out. If it’s a trip to the seaside you’re after, head to Hartland Quay - sparkling waters, perfect for catching a wave, await you.
