This bespoke-built detached cabin is set within the gated grounds of The Pig On The Hill pub and is ideally placed for a break spent touring both coast and countryside. The popular seaside town of Westward Ho! (0.9 mile) has a two-mile-wide sandy beach, surf school, family entertainments, access to the South West Coast Path and a wide range of amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Keen golfers can also enjoy a round at the Royal North Devon Golf Club (2.4 miles). Visit the fishing village of Appledore (4 miles) with its pretty quayside, or the attractive harbour town of Bideford (3 miles). Nearby are a wealth of famous beaches that include Instow (5 miles), Saunton Sands (17.5 miles), Woolacombe and Bude both under 25 miles away. Attractions include The Big Sheep (1.3 miles), The Milky Way (8.4 miles), the cobbled streets of Clovelly (11 miles), Lundy Island and many more.

The stylish cabin with its curved wooden walls is approached by a set of external steps which lead across the decking to the bi-fold doors that open straight into the open-plan living space. A woodburner keeps the pod lovely and cosy, no matter what the weather, and bench style seating against the curved wall provides a great place to sit back and relax whilst enjoying the Smart TV. Contemporary kitchen units running along the back wall provide everything that guests will need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, for alternative sleeping arrangements only, as well as a shower room with WC.
Outside, there is a generously-sized decked area, with garden furniture and, of course, the wonderful hot tub. Gas Weber BBQ is available on request.
One of five rustic chalets nestled amongst the gated grounds of The Pig on the Hill pub. This award winning pub is open Wednesday to Sunday, Easter to Christmas eve. Booking is highly recommended.
While the chalets are fully self contained, the pub staff are on hand if needed. Staying at The Pig has never been more luxurious! We now offer a range of services to the chalets including takeaways and service packs. Or you can walk over for a drink or meal at your leisure.
