Enter through patio doors into a welcoming dining and living area, where a central wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere and cleverly divides the space from a second living room featuring a comfortable leather sofa bed for two additional guests. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen and breakfast room are flooded with natural light thanks to sliding doors and Velux windows, and also open onto the rear terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. A convenient toilet sits in the hallway, which leads to a generous master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-through dressing area, and a delightful shower room. With plenty of space and thoughtful touches, including books and games, this apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing countryside escape. The garden is shared with the owner and has lovely views, and is a joy to be in.

Angela was a welcoming and very friendly host. The apartment was above what we expected! Very spacious and loads of storage!The local village pub was excellent, good food and very friendly.The narrow roads in and out of the village (there were various ones) caused a few heart stopping moments!! we found what we thought the best way by the end of the stay!!! I would recommend this property and with better weather would have been an amazing holiday. Thanks again to Angela for the welcome package that was so thoughtful!!!

We had a wonderful time at Church View Apartment and Angela was very accommodating, we wanted for nothing. The apartment was fist rate and excellent value for money. We would definitely stay there again if we went to North Devon and would would recommend it to our friends. We couldn't find any fault with it.

A quirky apartment which, as described, was up a spiral staircase on the first floor of the owners house (do ensure you have a torch for returning in the dark). Apartment very large and comfortable with lots of personal touches. Exceptionally generous welcome gifts. Village is small but the Bell Inn was excellent for dinner one night. Well located to get to lots of lovely spots in North Devon by car - furthest travelled was Lynton and Lynmouth just over an hour away, and Bude 45 mins - but lots of great waterside and coastal locations much nearer. Bideford - about 15 mins drive away - had a good range of shops and ameneties.
