Enjoy a holiday to remember in this magnificent family home. Wander out your front door to explore the narrow, cobbled streets of Appledore or head to Westward Ho! (3 miles) for a traditional day at the seaside. The property sleeps six guests and is perfect for both families and groups of friends. The open-plan nature of the cottage makes it incredibly sociable, and it boasts a fabulous, enclosed garden with a fire pit, BBQ, private hot tub, and plenty of room for children to play.
The stylish property is vibrant and quirky; great care has been taken to create a truly unique backdrop for your holiday. At the heart of the home is the impressive first-floor lounge, reached via an oak staircase. The light and bright space has dual aspect sash windows, framing majestic views across the water. Unwind here on one of the colourful sofas to read a book or watch the Smart TV. At night, this room becomes even more magical, thanks to a large skylight creating a canopy of stars. The holiday home has three bedrooms: a king-size and twin on the ground floor, and a further king-size on the second floor. The outside area really does have the wow factor. With a choice of seating areas, as well as the fire pit and hot tub, it’s the perfect place for relaxing in the Devon sunshine.
Appledore is full of character and charm. Weave in and out of the colourful fishermen’s cottages, looking for a cute cafe for your breakfast or morning coffee, before catching the seasonal foot ferry to Instow for a day of sandcastle building and ice cream eating. There are some excellent family attractions nearby to keep little ones entertained, including The Big Sheep (4 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles).
