The restaurant wasn't doing much food, pizzas and burgers as low in staff. I understand, but not everyone eats pizza and burgers. There tea towels were on top off washing machines all week and the smelled and flies over them. In the end I put them in the washing machine and dryer. As smell was bad. Elmscott was lovely but the cleaning not great, cleaned when I got in there, under beds not done. TV kepted playing up from about 9.30 in the evening. One of the spear chairs was broken, we used to site on patio. Great for the dogs.

Our caravan was nice as we paid extra . The facilities were poor due to covid restrictions. The location was not near to beach . But drives to Bude or westward ho . Family had budget caravan which was awful , smelly and old . Nothing for young children to do .

Great place but, our party was 4 adults and 1 child. We had a 6-8 birth with 3 bedrooms. This caravan was situated near the entrance and a very busy main road, so noisy during the daytime. The double room was so small! We are not fat people by any means and we found it a struggle to move around. If you are a large person don’t bother. The other rooms are for children only as the beds are so short an average size male will struggle, this caravan would suit Snow White and the 7 dwarfs . The toilet was ridiculous you cannot move or pull your pants up, again if you are large then forget this. The main living area was adequate. Although you are asked to check in late and leave early for an extra deep cleaning. But we still had to clean up, cob Webb’s from the ceiling, dirty glasses and the caravan stank of dog and dog hairs on the carpet. Also the smell of body odour from the last customers. I would return to the park as the facilities are good except for the food in the restaurant it’s really expensive and poor at best, but if you like microwave food then it’s ok.
